All the women in world want healthy and shining hairs on their heads. Healthy hairs reflect light and are quite manageable. All of us have different texture of hairs. Hairs may be dry, oily or may be straight or wavy. To attain beautiful shining hairs, you need constant care of your hair.
Hair care means washing them regularly, giving them oil massage, apply conditioner, have proper diet and exercising regularly.
For healthy and shining hairs, you should keep your scalp clean. Drink plenty of water to keep them hydrated. Eat diet which includes all the essential vitamins. Vitamin A keeps the scalp healthy and is recommended for dandruff treatment. Vitamin C and Vitamin B are important for hair growth and hair color. Major contributors to hairs are proteins and you should eat lots of protein to keep hairs healthy. Include plenty of fresh fruits like citrus fruits, tomatoes in your diet. Take whole grain, fortified grain products, lentils, and beans in your meals. Eat a diet rich in proteins. You can get proteins from meat, fish, milk, cheese and cereals. Proteins strengthen the hairs.
Wash your hairs with gentle shampoo after a deep oil massage. After washing with shampoo, apply a conditioner according to your hair type. Avoid washing hairs everyday; it strips hairs of their essential oils. It is safe to wash hairs twice or thrice a week. It is also easier to style hairs which washed a day before. Do not rub your hairs very hard with a towel, just pat dry it and let it air dry. Avoid using direct heat on hairs with blow dryers very frequently.
Massage with castor oil, once a week; it makes hairs strong and shining.
Take handful of gooseberry and soak in a cup of milk. After two hours, make a paste of it.
Before washing hairs, apply warm coconut oil in the hairs.
Take 2 tsp castor oil, white of one egg and 1 tsp glycerin. Blend them all to make a smooth paste. Apply this in scalp and hair. Leave it for some time and then wash.
To treat damaged cuticles, do a steam-towel-wrap treatment once a week. It opens the pores and let them absorb oil very well.
Soak 1 tsp fenugreek seeds in one cup yogurt overnight and make a paste in the morning. Apply this in your hairs and wash after fifteen minutes.
Take shikakai powder and mix it with drained water while cooking rice. Wash your hair with this mixture.
Take one mug of water and mix 1 tbsp vinegar to it. Use it as last rinse after washing hairs to give life to dull hairs.
While washing hairs with amla and shikakai powder paste, add the paste of lemon peel to it. It will provide extra sheen to the hairs.
To curb hair falling and thinning of hairs, boil few hibiscus flowers in the coconut oil and apply it twice a week.
Beat two eggs and massage them in your hairs thoroughly. Apply in your hairs and wash it after 5 minutes. It is very good method to bring instant shine in hairs.
Mix egg white and curd and apply on your hair and scalp. Leave it for 15 minutes and then wash.
To treat dandruff, apply almond oil mixed with gooseberry juice and wash after some times.
Add little camphor to coconut oil and heat it. Apply this oil to your scalp and give a good massage for 10 minutes in circular motion. Leave it for at least 30 minutes and then wash.
Take an avocado and mash it in a bowl. Mix olive oil to it and 1 tsp baking powder. Blend them well and apply it on your hairs. After 15 minutes, rinse it.
Brushing hair every night before you go to sleep makes them healthy and shining.
Make a solution of 1 cup green tea, 3 tsp lemon juice and 1 tsp cider. Drink it daily to have all the nutrients essential for hairs.
