One cup fresh red clover blossoms
One quart water
Put the red clover blossoms in a pan and pour the water. Simmer for a few minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and pour the water with the herbs in a clean mason jar. Place the jar in a place that receives plenty of sunshine. Allow the herbs to steep for a day. Strain the red clover tea. Drink a cup of red clover tea up to three times a day.
