Olive Oil Massage
The hair blooms when the head gets a rich olive oil massage. The oil has deep seeping properties and is great for moisturizing damaged and dry “spilt end suffering” hair. It renders a deep luster to the hair and makes it very silky to touch.
Avocado is an excellent remedy for split ends in the hair. Avocado is loaded with vitamins and nutrients that provide great nourishment for the dehydrated and parched hair. Go ahead mash an avocado and combine it with the white of an egg and apply on the head. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo easily available in the markets, & after a while see the lustrous hair peep through. These natural shampoos seal the nutrients within the hair. You can make a concoction out of egg white, olive oil and avocado. All three together, promise to make the hair get their sheen back and shove the dry split ends away.
Papaya Leaves And Fruit
Crush the papaya fruit and leaves together into a pulp and mix it with yogurt before applying it as a mask on the hair. The papaya is rich in amino acids and proteins and can strengthen the hair. The yogurt mixture with the magical papaya promises to help you get rid of the split ends.
Grind about one tablespoon fenugreek seeds. Also grind ½ cup urad dal . Take these two and add half cup of curd to it and mix this well. Apply the paste to the hair and then let the mixture stay on for about 2-3 hours. Wash off with a natural herbal shampoo.
Aloe Vera is extensively found in and around our homes. This multipurpose herb can be effectively used to treat a number of hair problems including split ends. Take some Aloe Vera leaves and wash them. Cut them from the center using a knife and extract out the gel. Apply the gel on the split ends and leave for some time. Rinse with lukewarm water after half hour.
Take some black lentil grind it well and mix with a coarse powder made from methi seeds. To these roughly ground powders add half a cup of yogurt and mix it thoroughly. Apply this thick paste to your scalp and hair and leave it alone for the next two hours. After all it does take some time to make the magic work. Take a mild shampoo and wash off the remains of the black lentil paste and watch the split ends go away. Lastly remember to pick the jojoba oil bottle once in a while and give yourself a head massage.
