Aloe Vera

Drinking the juice of Aloe Vera is good remedy to treat digestive disorders. The very high properties of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients in the Aloe Vera juice help heal the condition of diarrhea, constipation and other gastric problems. You can have aloe juice twice a day to witness the benefits.

Herbal Tea

Herbal tea is good for digestion and different types of herbal teas such as green tea, Ginger Tea, Chamomile Tea and Peppermint Tea are good remedies. These are especially useful in treating an upset stomach. The common tea that you have everyday can also help heal the condition of diarrhea, provided you have it without adding milk to it.  Just add lemon juice to this tea and drink it.

Ginger

The medicinal properties of ginger are very useful and effective in getting rid of various digestive problems such as acidity, stomach pain and gas. Having a cup of fresh ginger juice in the morning helps get rid of digestive problems.

Another remedy is to prepare a mixture of ginger and a pinch of rock salt and drinking it every day. Ginger can also be consumed by crushing it and mixing it with lemon and honey. This will help in the case of indigestion.

Mint

Mint is another herb which helps in stomach related problems. Take some fresh mint leaves add a piece of ginger and honey to it. Blend it in a mixer and make a juice of it. You must have this juice twice a day to cure the problem.

Basil

Basil leaves have extremely high medicinal values. Have 2-3 fresh basil leaves every morning on an empty stomach to control indigestion. Tea made from basil leaves is also good for health and for the digestive system.

Cloves And Cardamom

Cloves will help in digestion and also give relief in diarrhea and vomiting. Add cloves to your soups, tea, fruit juice etc, as cloves have great medicinal properties which can help heal many digestive disorders. Use cardamom in all the food you cook. You can also use in your tea as well, as cardamom tea is known to give immediate relief to stomach related problems. It will also helps in curing diarrhea, vomiting and loss of appetite.

Coriander

Mix some coriander juice and fresh buttermilk and have this twice a day. This will heal the digestive problems you have and also bring a cooling effect to your system.

The same effect can be got if you take coriander juice and add a pinch of salt to it and have this every morning.
