Loose stool is the major symptom of diarrhea. These loose stools are yellowish green in color and sometimes they are also accompanied by blood and mucus in infants. These loose stools can occur for 10 to 20 times per day.

Diarrhea is also caused due to the side effects of some medications that you give to the infants or children.
Other major cause of diarrhea is allergies that are caused because of food.
There are many simple treatments available for diarrhea in children and infants. These are simple home remedies.
Make sure that your children have a good quantity of fluid in their body. Allow them to drink plenty of water and some fruit juices in order to avoid dehydration caused due to diarrhea. Avoid giving milk to infants.
