6 Herbal Remedies For Dislocations

Share

Dislocations usually take place when the ligament has to bear heavy force exerted on it. This heavy force separates two bones that are connected with the ends. The dislocation can appear almost anywhere in the body but it is specially found to appear around the joints of the shoulder. Children are not affected by dislocations because they have strong joints and bones.

There are certain symptoms of dislocations such as swelling of the area that has been dislocated, pain and difficulty in movement that have to be taken care of. Some of the herbal remedies for dislocations can also be used in order to get instant relief. The remedies have been discussed below:

Dislocations With Herbal Remedies

Cayenne Pepper And Thyme

Thyme can be applied to the area that has been affected and it can also be used for a massage by taking it in cotton balls or on cotton cloth. Thyme oil can be added to bath water and this water can be used for bathing at least two times during the day in order to get the relief from the inflammation and the pain that is experienced during dislocations.

Cayenne pepper can be taken with hot water three times during the day and this should be done on a regular basis to get the best results. Cayenne pepper oil can also be applied to the area that has been dislocated.

Marshmallow

Marshmallow can be used along with water but the dried root of this herb is the best for treating dislocations. The root needs to be soaked in water and kept for ten minutes before applying it on the dislocated area. This solution can also be applied by taking the help of cotton balls or cotton cloth and should be done on a regular basis.

Agrimony

Agrimony is another alternative herb that is supposed to be excellent among all the other herbal remedies for dislocations because it is said to produce great results when applied on the area that has been dislocated.

Agrimony fluid extracts need to be added to water and applied on the affected area and should be left for one complete night to get better results next morning.

Willow

Dried bark of willow can be used along with water and this solution should be taken orally every day. It helps in soothing the pain and the inflammation that is caused due to dislocation of a certain bone of the body. Willow contains salicine which works as a natural pain reliever and even helps in reducing the swelling to a great extent.

Horsetail

The repairing of the bones is done by the use of horsetail which contains silica. The silica content of horsetail helps in curing the injuries of the bone in a very effective manner and at the same time it has also been found that silica helps the body in assimilating calcium which is required for the strength of the bones.

Arnica

This is one of the most famous herbal remedies for dislocations because of its anti-inflammatory properties and also because this herb is analgesic. Arnica lotions can be used for the treatment of dislocations as they are found to produce instant results if they are applied to the area that has been dislocated regularly.
