Vitamin C

This vitamin is another great anti oxidant and the best part is that it is a water soluble compound. You can take vitamin C tablets as in the dosage suggested by a doctor or increase the intake of foods containing this vitamin.

These vitamins are also powerful antioxidants and are important vitamins to boost immune system. Apricots, beets, carrots, cantaloupe, broccoli, green peppers, corn, mango, collard greens, peaches, spinach, sweet potato, squash, pumpkin etc are very high in the content of beta carotene and other carotenoids.
