Gas Pain Herbal Remedies

Mint

Mint is an excellent herb that cures gas pain effectively. Crush some fresh mint leaves and extract the juice. Take a tablespoon of raw mint juice when you suffer from gas pain. Repeat the process after each thirty minutes. Mint juice helps to release gas and saves you from gas pain.

Add mint paste in your yogurt and serve it as dessert after every meal. It not only cures but also prevents gas pain. Mix some rock salt in mint paste and make small balls with this paste. Preserve those balls in refrigerator. Take one ball accompanied with a cup of warm water when you suffer from gas pain. You will get a quick relief from your suffering.

Turmeric

Turmeric is excellent for gas, bloating, loose motion and other digestive system related problems. Take one tablespoon pure turmeric powder and mix it in a glass of warm water. Take the drink if you suffer from pain due to accumulation of gas in your intestine. Repeat the process if you need to. You will get the benefit.

Cumin

Cumin seed is excellent for gas pain. Take a teaspoon of raw cumin seeds and chew them. Take little amount of water with it when you suffer from gas pain. It gives a quick relief from gas pain.

Ginger

Ginger is an excellent herb that cures gas pain very quickly. Take a piece of ginger and crush it to juice. Mix this juice in ½ cup water. Add pinch of freshly ground black pepper powder and rock salt in it. Stir well to mix everything. Drink the water to release gas and to get rid of gas pain. Repeat the process if you need it.

Aloe Vera

Aloevera is an excellent herb that cures gas pain even if it reaches the chronic stage. Take a tablespoon aloevera gel at empty stomach in the morning. It will help you to cure chronic gas pain within a few days.
