Add 6 drops of rosemary oil with 4 drops of pine and eucalyptus oils each to make a herbal blend. For a headache, soak in a warm bath, or foot bath for at least 20 minutes. Use the same blend in an aroma lamp to cleanse the air. Dilute in a 10 percent ratio with a carrier oil for massage application.
Cayenne pepper is a very effective herb for sinus patients but requires a lot of courage to apply this herbal remedy. Put a pinch of cayenne powder in the tip of your nose and snort it in.
