Take special efforts to keep the inside of your house as pollen free as possible. Pollens and allergens are brought inside on shoes, pets, clothing and even your hair.  Fresh fruits or vegetables from your garden or a farm stand should be washed outside if possible. Occasionally wash rugs and shampoo carpets. They attract pollens.
