Henna

Henna is a boon as it comes to us in the form of a herb wonderful for the purpose of preventing premature graying of your hair. To apply henna, add up – 1 tablespoon of yogurt, 1 of a paste of fenugreek seeds, 3 tablespoons of the beverage maker- coffee, 2 such spoons of a paste of Basil leaves, and last but not the least, 3 spoons of mint juice.

Mix them all up and add to 2 tablespoons of henna powder. Apply this paste, leave it for at least 2- 3 hours and then wash off. Use a mild shampoo to wash off. A regular use of this treatment is the most effective ones of the herbal remedies for white hair.

Indian Gooseberry (Amla)

This is an herb that has great qualities, enhances the immune system and is a lovely nectar for the hair. The other effective remedy for treating white hair is Indian gooseberry. Cut gooseberries, dry in the sun, take it everyday. You may also make a dessert or pickle of it to preserve.

Bringaraja

Bringaraja, as the name suggests is also called, The King of Hair. Along with all the benefits it provides to the body’s organs like the liver, kidney and more, it most noticeably enhances hair health and preserves the cells responsible for its natural color.

Brahmi

A rare north Indian herb, Brahmi, takes 5 years to ripe up; is pretty well known to impart the hair growth, and to retain the pigment cells of the upper layer of the scalp. It nourishes, enhances oil production and thus avoids premature occurrence of white hair.
