This is a spice that is easily available in the market and does not cost much.You need to take about one tsp of cinnamon powder and add it to the boiling water. Let it steep for some time and then drink this warm cinnamon tea to get relief from the problems of indigestion.

Herbal Tea

You can make your own herbal tea at home and drink it to get immediate relief from indigestion. Add half a teaspoon of black salt to a cup of boiling water and add few drops of lime juice to it.You can then add few mint leaves to it as well. Let it brew for a while and then drink this tea to calm your stomach and reduce the cramps that may have been caused due to indigestion.

Orange is a wonderful home remedy for treating problems of indigestion. It calms the stomach significantly as it has natural ascorbic and citric acids. You can consume orange in whichever you wish to. For example you can either choose to eat it or squeeze the orange to get some fresh juice and drink it to soothe your stomach.You can even use orange as a precautionary measure too and consume it before having a heavy meal. Baking Soda

Baking soda is yet another effective home remedy that can reduce the discomforts involved with indigestion. It increases the problem of acidity within the stomach and gives your comfort instantly.You can easily make your own antacid at your home just by adding about pinch of baking soda to a glass of water. Apple
