Intake Of  Immune Building Foods,  Is Essential:

The medicinal values of foods,  keep disease like cancer away from us.  Lack of healthy diet,  is the prime cause for the occurrence of cancer.  There fore,  you should eat different types of fruits, vegetables and green leaves.  Take foods having less content of bad cholesterol or LDL.  According to several studies, ingredients such as turmeric, garlic, ginger, saffron etc;  strengthen the immune system of human body.

Olive Oil And CauliFlower:

The hydroxytyrosal, which is an anti oxidant present in olive oil,  can combat with cancer.  It is also found that,  cauliflower protects us from prostate cancer. Avoid eating spicy foods and deep fried foods,  as they can cause throat cancer and intestine cancer.

How To Eat Meat:

According to WHO reports,  beef meat and fork meat contain cancer friendly elements.  Meat should be only 10 to 15 percent of your total calories. Instead of taking non vegetarian foods in your meals,  occasionally you should replace them with vegetarian foods.Eat only cooked meat,  but not the oil fried meat,  as it is much dangerous to your health.

Heat Oil Only Once:

Many people heat oil for multiple number of times,  while cooking.  Experts warn that,  if you reuse heated oil for cooking,  it may cause cancer.

Be Away From Junk Foods:

A lot of junk foods contain harmful chemicals,  which are used to enhance their taste.  Such foods can cause cancer to the large intestine.

Protect Your Self  From Pollution:

The high pollution in metropolitan cities,  gives rise to huge accumulation of carcinogenic in the atmosphere,  which may cause cancer.  Escaping from pollution is out of question, though, you can cover your self with masks.

Reduce Conversation Over Mobile Phones:

The radiations from mobile phones are proved to be dangerous to the nerves in your brain.  So, be extra cautious in using mobile phones and discard the usage of cell phones,  if you feel pain in your ears, neck, hands and brain.
