Vitamin C Rich Foods

Vitamin C rich foods like guavas, lime and oranges help tackle the problem of bad breath. They generally help in warding off gum diseases like scurvy which can lead to bleeding gums and bad breath. So munch on a few pieces of ripe guava to ward off dental decay.

Parsley

Chop a few leaves of parsley and boil these with 2-3 cloves in a cup full of water. Strain and drink this solution. It is quite effective in curing bad breath.

Follow Good Dental Hygiene

Rinse your mouth daily with a reputed dental mouthwash. Brush your teeth twice daily. Use a good dental floss to remove all food remnants stuck between the teeth. Gargle And Rinse

Every time you ingest food or liquid, make it a point to rinse your mouth effectively. Water rinses out your teeth and gums and helps you get rid of loose particles.

Apples

Apples help in fighting the bad bacteria that produce bad breath. Chew on apples to reduce bad breath.

Mint

Chew on some pudina or mint leaves to reduce bad breath. You can also rinse your mouth with some hydrogen peroxide which gets rid of plaque causing bacteria. The above steps are simple, doable tips to cure bad breath.
