Lemon Juice And Honey

Vitamin C is necessary to enhance immunity system of your body. Lemon is a good source of vitamin C. lemon juice is very sour so you have to mix water with it. Take 1 or 2 glasses of chilled water. Squeeze one lemon and sprinkle a pinch of salt in it. Stir well to mix up everything properly.

Drink this refreshing drink once or twice daily. It will help you to enhance the immunity system of your body. If you do not like the sour taste of lemon, you may add little amount of honey to sweeten the drink. Honey also helps to enhance the power of the drink because anti aging property of honey makes immunity system of your body stronger.

Indian Gooseberry

Indian gooseberry or amla enhances the immunity power of the body supplying adequate vitamin C to your body. Cut one fresh amla, sprinkle rock salt over it and take it after your lunch. This helps to cure and prevent cold and cough which occurs mainly for low immunity system. Taking a glass of amla juice everyday keep you healthy making your immunity system strong. Taking boiled amla everyday also does wonder to enhance your immunity system.

Turmeric And Molasses

Raw turmeric is excellent to boost up your immunity system. Take a piece of raw turmeric, peel it and cut it into small pieces.

Chew 3-4 pieces of turmeric along with a small piece of molasses at empty stomach in the morning. Molasses is a good source of iron which enhances the immunity system of the body. Practice this method daily to enhance your immunity system.

Garlic And Mustard Oil

Garlic is excellent thing that helps to enhance the immunity system of the body. Take 5-6 cloves of garlic. Grind them to paste. Add a tablespoon of mustard oil with this paste. Regular intake of mustard oil helps to enhance the immunity system of the body. Mix well and take it with steamed rice every day. It will help to keep you fit enhancing the immunity system of the body.

Fish

Most of the fish is a good source of omega-3 fatty acids which enhances the immunity system of a body. Eat small fish every day. Daily intake of cod liver oil is good for health. It will help you to remain healthy increasing the immunity system of your body. 

Follow these tips according to the instructions along with a good diet, regular exercises and daily exposure to sun. It will help you to cure low immunity naturally.
