Sandalwood Paste

It is important to cool your skin to get rid of heat rash. Sandal is such a natural product which is cool by itself. Take some sandalwood powder and use rose water to make a paste. Apply that paste on your heat rash. This cool substance instantly reduces the itching and burning sensation of skin. Apply this paste on your rash twice or thrice daily. You will get benefit.

Cucumber And Lemon

Cucumber is an excellent product for skin. It helps to cool your skin. Take a cucumber and grind it to paste. Squeeze one lemon in it. Apply this paste all over your skin especially where you have heat rash. This product helps to heal heat rash cooling your skin and supplying adequate vitamin C to it. Grate one cucumber and extract the juice. Neem And Turmeric

Neem is an excellent natural product that may cure perhaps all types of skin rashes including heat rash. Crush some fresh neem leaves and extract the juice. Apply the juice on your skin and leave it for half an hour so that your skin gets chance to absorb it. To get better effect, mix turmeric with neem.

Grind both the product to paste and apply the paste on your skin.
