Every morning before brushing the teeth, take a clove of garlic and rub it across your teeth and gums. Leave it for a few minutes and then brush your teeth.  You can also take a clove of garlic and crush it in vinegar, add a little water to it and use it as a mouth wash.

The antibacterial and anti oxidant properties in it will treat all the symptoms related with sensitive teeth. It will fight the germs and bacteria, bad breath and also reduce swelling of gums.

Cinnamon very effectively cures the problem of sensitive teeth. Take two tablespoons of powdered cinnamon and add to it four tablespoons of arrowroot powder. Mix them well and fill it in an airtight bottle. Every morning, take a little powder of this mixture and mixing it with water prepare a paste. Apply and gently rub this paste over your teeth and gums. After a few minutes gargle and wash your mouth with clean water.

Green tea is a herbal combination which contains compounds that can help suppress the bacteria in the mouth. It helps fight and eradicate all the symptoms of sensitive teeth. It contains anti oxidants that can protect the cells in the mouth from being damaged and thus avoid tooth decay. Consume atleast 3 cups of green tea on a daily basis.

Make a paste of the neem leaves and apply it on to the sensitive teeth.
