Remove the paste from the skin by gently massaging it using cold water. You can even mix some sea salt along with baking soda and apply it on the affected areas of the skin.

Baking soda and sea salt are exfoliating agents that remove the dead skin cells, dirt and grime that get accumulated in the open skin pores. This debris attracts acne causing bacteria.The treatment should be done twice a day for a period of three months.

Take a leaf of aloe vera plant and wash it properly to get rid of any accumulated dirt and mud. Peel the outer green skin of the aloe pant to reveal a white jelly like substance. Collect this gel in a glass or steel bowl. Add two teaspoons of cold water in the gel and beat it thoroughly. Mixing the gel with water will make it easier to apply.

Spread the aloe gel over the breakouts and leave on for 10-15 minutes. Wash off with plain cold water. Do not use any soap or face wash.This treatment should be done thrice a day for a period of seven weeks. Aloe vera gel is very effective in treating cystic acne. It also gets rid of the scars thus making the skin clean and clear.

Honey has anti-inflammatory property that makes it an effective treatment for acne when used in combination with aspirin. Aspirin is an exfoliant and honey is a natural moisturizer that also keeps infection causing bacteria at bay.

In a clean bowl crush aspirin and add sufficient quantity of water to make a smooth paste of spreadable consistency. Cover the acne well using this paste. Leave on for 20 minutes and then wash off using warm water. Pat your skin dry and apply a thin layer of honey on the treated skin. Leave on for 10 minutes and then wash off.

This remedy is recommended for people with oily skin since egg white tends to dry up the face by drawing out the excess oil accumulated in the skin pores.

Break an egg and carefully separate the egg white from the yolk. Beat the egg white properly and use a brush to apply it on the face as well as other affected areas.Keep it on for 10 minutes and then wash off using lukewarm water. You can use a mild soap if you find the smell of egg on your face unbearable. Do this treatment daily for a month to see improvement in your skin.

Soak 6-7 pieces of raisins or figs in cold water at night and have them first thing in the morning after discarding the water. This should be done every night even if you get rid of acne. This treatment will prevent breakout of cystic acne in future.
