This treatment should be done for at least 40 minutes every day. You can even bathe with neem water after boiling sufficient quantity of the leaves in required water.

The other way of using neem leaves for treating shingles is by crushing the neem leaves and applying them directly on the skin affected with rashes. Leave the neem leaves on the skin for 20 minutes. Do this treatment at least twice a day for effectively treating shingles. Neem leaves help reduce itching caused by rashes as well as quickly dries up the blisters.
