Neem works as a wonder remedy on the infections. It is anti-fungal in nature and easily available. There are multiple ways in which it can be used to fight infection. You can prepare a hand wash by boiling a bunch of neem leaves. Every time you have to clean your hand, just use this neem water as an after wash.
