Indian plum paste is made by taking leaves of an Indian plum plant also referred to as jamun. Add baking soda to the leaves and crush to make a paste. You may have to add a little water to the mixture. A health store would be the best place to buy the various herbs mentioned.

For a relaxing bath that will help dry up the blisters and stop the itching, draw a tub of water temperature to your liking. In a kettle, heat up a small amount of water to boiling point. Add oatmeal powder, stir up and pour in your bath water. Climb in and soak. Relax if you do not have oatmeal powder you can use regular oatmeal, just put the oatmeal in a blender to grind it up.
