For acid reflux and gastritis lemon balm tea works wonders. Just, steep 3 teaspoon of leaves in boiling water for 15 minutes and then strain, drink this three times a day. Avoid this if you have glaucoma.

Marshmallow
The herb marshmallow contains mucilage, which helps to soothe the lining of esophagus and heartburn. Chamomile liquid extract may be taken, up to 120 drops two to three times a day.
