Eating apple, guava, sprouts, carrot, cucumber and sugarcane also keeps the teeth stain free.

Doctors can give whiter tooth in matter of hours by applying stronger gels and various other resources. Laser tooth whitening treatment is recommended for stubborn stains on teeth. It not only removes surface stains but it removes stains deep into the teeth. It uses hydrogen peroxide based teeth whitening products. These clinical teeth whitening techniques are not recommended for sensitive teeth.


Natural methods of Teeth Whitening:

You can always go to the dentist for teeth whitening procedures but these treatments are costly and also not recommended for all the people. There are some very effective natural remedies for teeth whitening which you can try at home. If used regularly, you will get very effective results. Effects of natural methods of teeth whitening are not as fast as the chemical methods but are far more effective and safer than chemical methods.


The most common natural method is to mix salt with lemon juice and rub your teeth with it to whiten them. It is a very effective and strong solution. You should not use it more than twice a week.


Another home remedy for teeth whitening is to rubbing teeth with dry lemon or orange peels along with salt. Another thing you can do is to dry the used lemon peels in shade and grind them. Then mix them with salt and regularly rub your teeth with them. This is a wonder teeth whitening remedy.


 Another very effective teeth whitening home remedy is mixing baking soda, salt and hydrogen peroxide and rub on your teeth. Baking soda is used to neutralize the acids accumulated on teeth and also it kills the bacteria.


Using babul twig as a disposable tooth brush is very effective for teeth whitening. Dry the basil leaves in sun and grind them to make its powder and use it as tooth powder. You can use Margosa (Neem) twigs as the disposable toothbrush. If you use it regularly, it will kill bacteria and fight bad breath, keeps the teeth white.


Take ½ tsp baking soda, a pinch of table salt and ½ tsp vinegar. Mix them all to make a paste and rub it on your teeth and rinse with water properly. It removes all the surface stains of the teeth.
