I agree with TAM...keep saltine crackers by the bed and eat them before you attempt to get out of bed.

I did the saltine crackers the 1st 3 months of my pregnancy. They worked to a point but then I was getting sick of eating them. Then I was just getting sick. Ginger Snaps worked well along with Lemon water. I found that nibbling on the snaps seemed to work better for me than the crackers.. But, my doctor had to finally put me on a pill to help.

Acupuncture works too!! Every day I got to have a treament I was not sick for the rest of the day at all. I also sipped Sprite through out the day. I also ate crackers, but not saltines I don't like salty stuff so I found a good organic cracker that was less sodium.

Nothing helped my morning sickness - not ginger, saltines, peppermint, B6 vitamins, nothing! I just suffered 24/7 for 2 full months, unable to get out of bed longer than to throw up or go to the bathroom. Had to be put on a pill to help me start functioning again. It went away by week 13, the start of my second trimester.

Nothing seems to help my morning sickness and I am 9 weeks. Saltines do not help me much at all. They tend to stay down but I am still sick. I'm now taking a strong medication to help with the sickness and it helps but it is basically just taking the edge off. This is my third pregnancy, I had morning sickess the entire 9 months with my first and the second for 4 months. Good luck everyone!
