Treatment for Arthritis using Potato Juice:
Cut thin potato slices without peeling off the skin. Put these slices in big glass of cold water and leave it overnight. Drink this water in the morning on an empty stomach. It is one of the most commonly recognized home remedies for arthritis.

Home Remedy for Arthritis using Coconut Oil: Massage some warm coconut oil after adding 3-4 pieces of camphor to get relief from joint pain.

Other Home Remedies for Arthritis

Add the paste of fresh ginger and 1 teaspoon red chilies to half cup sesame oil and rub it gently on the joints get relief from arthritis pain.

Have half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder with a tablespoon of honey everyday in the morning on an empty stomach for a month.

Add 3 tablespoons each of Epsom salt and fresh lemon juice to 500 ml. of warm water. Consume this mixture once in the morning and once at night.

Epsom Salt consists of magnesium which is beneficial in providing comfort to the joints and muscles by easing the stiffness in them. You can add three cups of Epsom Salt to your warm or hot bath water and soak in it

Diet for Arthritis

Bromelain is an enzyme in fresh pineapple juice which helps in decreasing inflammation and swelling caused due to arthritis and is beneficial in both rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. Have a cup of fresh pineapple juice at least in a day.

Raw juices help in reducing or even completely dissolving the deposits around the joints and in the tissues. Have a glass of beetroot juice, carrot juice or celery juice at least twice in a day.
